Garrett Phelan
These six abstract works are meant to be experienced as omens or signs that can be read. The marks and shapes are inspired by street repairs, broken sidewalks, the walls of old buildings, and body scars and wounds. As a piece takes shape, it is imbued with color and movement that is bold and energetic yet offers a sense of healing.
